What do you do ?
Connect NBN is a connection agent for internet service providers
who allow smaller business’s to help them attract clients. We are basically ‘brokers’ looking at our customers best interests while trying to find the plan and company that suits you best. There is no fee attached to this service as we know getting the internet connected can be expensive as is. If you'd like to know more about what we do visit the 'about us' page.
Where do you service ?
We service in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter and the Central Coast regions. For a map of our servicing area visit the 'servicing area' page.
How do I get connected ?
via phone or email, tell us what you are looking for in your phone and/or internet connection and we'll put a plan together. Once we complete the planning stage we will send you a simple application form via email or post mail that you will need to fill out in order to get connected. Once that is completed we will keep you informed on how the connection is going and take care of any problems along the way, saving you the time and hassle.
I'm having trouble getting connected, can you help ?
Yes ! If you have been trying to get connected to the NBN but aren't having any luck Connect NBN can help. We are able to do this because Connect NBN has a strong relationship with certain companies contracted to build the NBN infrastructure. It is due to this that we are able to provide a much faster service when not only resolving existing issues but when combating future ones as well.
I want to keep my old phone number when switching to the NBN, can you help ?
Yes ! If you would like to keep your current or previous (provided it has been disconnected for 6 months or less) phone number when switching to the NBN
you can. All you need is an ATA
or what we call 'a little black box' which will sit next to your modem (see 'get connected' for more information on this service).
I want cabling work done, can you help ?
Connect NBN does not provide networking services but a partner of ours does. Dataphone Pty Ltd provides networking services from extra data outlets to entire phone systems, check them out at http://dataphone.com.au/.
